CURRICULUM
Program Structure
*Upon successful completion, each participant will receive an Intel® Digital Readiness Certificate and a personalized Artificial Intelligence Learning Summary documenting demonstrated capabilities, completed applications, responsible-use practices, and recommended opportunities for continued development.
MODULE 1
AI Productivity & Prompting
2 hrs
Introduce AI through immediate, practical use. Participants write and improve prompts to summarize policies, organize information, prepare meeting materials, create employee resources, and plan everyday work.
MODULE 2
Responsible AI, Ethics & Security
1.5 hrs
Explore privacy, sensitive information, approved tools, bias, transparency, accuracy, and human judgment. Participants establish personal responsible-use practices.
MODULE 3
Data Analytics & Decision Support
1.5 hrs
Use synthetic workplace spreadsheets and sample data to organize information, identify patterns, create summaries and visualizations, and communicate findings.
MODULE 4
AI-Powered Communications & Marketing
1.5 hrs
Apply AI to workplace communication, employee messaging, community outreach, event planning, and marketing materials, adapting content for different audiences.
MODULE 5
AI Workflows & Automation

Bring earlier skills together in repeatable administrative processes such as staff onboarding, policy questions, and meeting follow-up, with human review points identified.
