How Ohio TechCred works

Identify skills needs
Determine the AI and technology skills your employees need. OWL's assessment tool helps surface gaps quickly.

Enroll employees
Register your employees in selected AI programs. Training is available online, in-person, and in hybrid formats.

Connect with AI OWL
Work with OWL as your AI training provider. We handle customization, enrollment, and documentation.

Complete training
Employees earn credentials through hands-on AI courses. Upload the proof once training is completed.

Request reimbursement
Once approved, employers may be eligible for reimbursement of up to $1,000 per credential, up to $30,000 per application period, subject to TechCred program approval.
