Jim Sturtevant

Jim Sturtevant is an AI Instructor with AI OWL, specializing in helping educators integrate artificial intelligence into their teaching practice. He brings over three decades of experience from a public high school classroom and currently works with future and current educators at Muskingum University. A passionate advocate for student engagement and educator well-being, Jim is also the author of several books on building strong student-teacher relationships and creating dynamic learning environments.

Jim lives in Galena, Ohio.  He is married to Penny Sturtevant, and is the proud father of three children and grandfather to three, and is confident that more are on the way.
