AI for Youth: A semester-long curriculum that teaches high school students foundational AI concepts, ethics, and applications, preparing them for future careers and emerging computer science tracks. It also equips educators to teach the course with collaboration and support from AI OWL.

Designed for PreK–2nd grade educators, the Super Teacher Credential helps districts integrate AI tools that enhance early literacy, creativity, and classroom management. Teachers learn to use age-appropriate AI applications to personalize instruction and build foundational digital skills.

AI in Education: Khan Academy & Khanmigo: In partnership with Khan Academy, AI OWL offers the AI in Education Certificate to help districts integrate Khanmigo into 3rd–12th grade classrooms. Educators learn how to responsibly use AI to enhance instruction, personalize learning, and prepare students for an AI-driven future.

AI-Driven Differentiation: Ohio requires districts to support gifted learners. AI OWL and Muskingum Valley ESC provide Gifted Education Training aligned with state standards, using AI tools to make classroom differentiation practical and compliant.

The Details:

  1. Districts can apply for up to 6 rounds of TechCred funding.

  2. For each round, select the AI learning pathways shown on the roadmap.

  3. Mix and match based on your goals—whether student focused, educator-centered, or future-ready.

  4. Completing all six rounds makes your district eligible for a matching grant up to $20,000 toward an AI PC Lab.

  5. Combination of certain pathways offers an additional benefit of graduate credit from Ashland University.
